1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking ski instruction lessons through our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

ResourceBuildBoard provides professional ski instruction services for individuals and groups of various skill levels. Our services include:

• Private ski lessons for beginners, intermediate, and advanced skiers
• Group ski instruction sessions
• Specialized training programs and technique improvement courses
• Safety guidance and mountain awareness education
• Equipment usage recommendations and assistance

3. Booking and Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website, email, or telephone. Payment terms include:

• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your lesson slot
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the scheduled lesson
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to change without prior notice
• Payment receipts will be provided via email upon successful transaction

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 7 days before lesson: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 3-7 days before lesson: 50% refund of total amount paid
• Less than 3 days before lesson: No refund available
• Weather-related cancellations: Full refund or rescheduling option provided
• Instructor-initiated cancellations: Full refund or priority rescheduling

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients participating in ski instruction lessons must:

• Arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled lesson time
• Provide accurate information regarding skill level, physical condition, and any medical conditions
• Wear appropriate ski clothing and equipment suitable for weather conditions
• Follow all safety instructions provided by the instructor
• Maintain valid ski lift passes and insurance coverage
• Behave respectfully toward instructors, other clients, and mountain facility staff

6. Liability and Insurance

Skiing is an inherently risky activity. By participating in our lessons, you acknowledge and accept these risks. ResourceBuildBoard maintains professional liability insurance, however:

• Clients are responsible for their own personal accident and medical insurance
• We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to follow instructor guidance
• We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
• Clients participate in lessons at their own risk and must sign a liability waiver

7. Age Requirements and Minors

Children under 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to participate in ski lessons. Parents or guardians must:

• Complete and sign consent forms on behalf of minors
• Disclose any medical conditions or special requirements
• Ensure minors are adequately supervised when not in active instruction

8. Weather and Mountain Conditions

Lessons are subject to weather and mountain conditions. ResourceBuildBoard reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify lessons due to:

• Severe weather conditions deemed unsafe for instruction
• Ski resort closures or lift operational issues
• Avalanche risk or other mountain hazards

In such cases, clients will be offered rescheduling options or full refunds.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and instructional materials, is the property of ResourceBuildBoard and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws. Personal data collected during booking will be used solely for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

11. Modifications to Terms

ResourceBuildBoard reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
